light usually resets after turning ingnition on/off 5 times,now staying on ? main agent fix ? thanks

Zafira system can be accsessed by most OBD code readers, all independants will have even a basic system, they should beable to pinpont the fault quickly and a lot cheaper than the dealers. For your info the oBD connection point bis situated in the centre console, a lift out plastic cover under the handbrake.

On board diagnostics can trigger a warning from hundreds and hundreds of sensors/parameters, cheapest option for diagnostics would be a local garage or independant 'home tune' type mobile service

Engine management light, engine ecu has detected a fault, take it to any independant garage or tyre & exhaust place they will read the fault code and that will indicate the failed item should'nt cost more than £30 to get the code read, main dealer £120+
