Remove inlet hose from tap & slowly turn tap on to make sure that water is available.Check any filter that may be in end of hose for blockage. Put hose back on tap. If no problem found with tap it could be either a faulty inlet valve, fault on wiring or fault on controller. The controller will be either a timer or a pcb electronic board.
