How do I disable Bios?

I keep getting this screen whenever I try to restart windows. It''s dumping memory, and telling me that in order for that to stop I should work in safe mode, and disable my bios...How do I do that?

To go into Safe Mode in Windows XP...
1) Restart your computer.
2) As soon as the bios has loaded and just as Windows starts, press F8.
3) Select Safe Mode from the menu.

Your PC will start in Safe Mode.
