How can i fix my sansung rs21dcns?

I have a RS21DCNS. The water keeps freezing up, and is know making really bad noises when the door is shut and when open and the fan is slowing down. I have defrosted it 3 times know in the last seven days. Can anyone help?

Find your receipt! The problems you describe are the same as those caused by a design fault uncovered by Watchdog a little while back. As a result, the warranty has been extended to five years for this particular problem. Give service a call on 08457267864

rs 21 classic fault no amount of defrosting etc will help.
RS 21 REPAIR KIT REQ..

The problem you have is that the panel at the back of the fridge inside is clogged with ice,it could have a sensor,drain heater or defrost heater fault.All of these are replaceable at a lot less than replacing appliance.The best way to check if there is a fault is to hold top two buttons on display panel together for about 10 seconds,all digits should flash twice from memory,then an audible warning.Keep holding the buttons until the the panel goes blank(dont worry)this is going into self diagnosis stage,if any of the segments light up,then there is a fault.It will stay like this for about 20-30 seconds then return to normal.
