i have a y reg van and it keeps cutting out there is no key pad but if you lock the van and unlock it it will start again for a few mins then cut out how can i bypass this problem.

When the red and the green lights flash on your key pad, it means there's a communication fault between the key pad and the pump module. (which it unlocks when the right code is entered on the key pad.) There are two wires from the key pad to the module, and if one of these wires are cut or broken, it will cause this fault. You can try disconnecting the key pad and reconnecting (maybe a bad connection) or check the resistance of the wires from the key pad to the pump module, but this may be difficult without a wiring diagram. The only other way is to have the injection pump removed and get someone to remove the pump module. Good luck!!
