we have a conqueror (pyronix) alarm system in our house but despite a few calls to our landlord asking for the code, we are still awaiting, meantime we have an idle alarm system, is it possible to reset the alarm and to change the code etc without having the previous code

As there are no instruction manual. Is it possible to download instructions to enable me to reset it?
