how can i fix washer jets ?

i have a 2003 bilingo van and the washers have stopped working i have fitted a new pump that tryed and tested that works, but when you pull arm to wash windscreen the wipers move but no water and can not hear pump working , could it be a fuse or the arm ?

my washer jets werent working so the mechanic blew high pressure air through them they work fine now

it could be any of these parts that are causing this fault.check fuses 1st as they are cheapest!
