Iveco 75e15 brake middle reservoir?

There are 2 brake fluid reservoirs on the (1973) 75e15 but there is also a reservoir in the middle of these 2. Does anyone know what this is for and does it matter if it is not full?

its the methanol bottle for cold weather, stops the air system from freezing up, many thanks

it may be for airbrake system anti-freeze [methanol] may have a tap fitted to turn on/off.
