it sound like either the jets are blocked in which case you'll need a safety pin and the help of friend to fix it. one of you to press the washer button and the other poke the safety pin through the water jets. if this dosn't fix it, then you could have an air lock in the pipe feed from the washer pump, unfortunately this is a bit fiddly to fix as it involves removing the sweated pipe from behind the jet you will some hot water applied to the pipe where it joins the jet to soften the pipe to remove it then get you friend to press the pump untill the water flows freely, then re-soften the pipe and put it back on to the jet. good luck.

if you have been using washing up liquid then it will have blocked filter- this is part of grommet where motor pushes into bottle, you will need to remove grommet and clean filter.

You often get a build up of slimy goo in the washer bottle. I use a garden hose to flush it out thoroughly if the water stops coming through. Once it has been flushed out refill with fresh windscreen washer solution.

try disconecting the hoses that run under the bonnet and blow compressed air back towards the bottle and then towards the jets chances are they are blocked with sludge caused by useing different type of windscreen additive .if you cannot access compressed air try getting a loan of your local fastfit centre's airline most will inflate tyres free so should have one within easy access you could borrow
