Drain machine by running the outlet pipe into a bucket at floor level or run the outlet pipe out of the back door if it'll reach. Disconnect pump from sump hose and check for obstruction in either item. Pump removal: power off, drag machine out onto the floor, remove back cover or tip machine up at an angle, locate pump, (attached to other end of drain pipe).undo 2 wiring connections, 2 hose connections - remove the tensioner clips by squeezing the tabs together with a large pair of pliers or vise grips. Remove pump mounting screws. Remove pump chamber - some are held in with screws, others clip into place. Check for foreign objects round the impeller. If pump chamber is clear, may be a fault with the pump motor - in which case, replace the pump.

If necessary remove the top cover of the machine,(power off) and disconnect the flexible hoses from the dispenser. Check if theyre blocked. The dispenser itself can be separated - generally held together with plastic clips. Clean out any crud or hardened detergent. Check for water scale causing the inlet jet to misdirect. Disconnect and check the 3 inch hose which runs from the dispenser tray to the drum for internal blockages. On top of the drum you will see a black one inch diameter hose that goes from the drum to the soap drawer and also down to the pump at the bottom of the machine. This pipe releases air pressure during the fill cycle and if blocked will cause flooding from soap drawer. Pull it off the drum at the top and blow down it to make sure its not blocked.
