Tredmill stuck in incline position . Is there a manuel way to lower?

Open the cover to the motor and the instruction to reset the treadmill are there. try the reset first.
Otherwise, disconnect the metal gear for the incline and it will go down (this is a mechanical part). And, disconnect the incline motor. It will work flat for now but no incline.
