thermostat?

Bread pops up to soon. I believe thermostat is bad. Is this replaceable?

you can solve the problem by inserting a thin heat insulator such as mica which is obtained from a broken toaster element under the thermostat this will retard the heat to be reached or sensed by the thermostat
