Vista (if you have it) is quite good at adding new hardware - I recently just plugged in an old OKI laser printer and Vista recognised it almost immediately!

Otherwise go to the Lexmark site and download a Printer Driver appropriate to your Op/Sys & Printer (free) - takes just a few minutes.
