One radiator not warming up?

I have a problem with one upstairs radiator not warming up. I drained the system a few months ago, before doing this the radiator warmed up ok. I have tried bleeding it with no success and i have ensured the thermostatic control is also ok. The radiator is full of water but the pipes from either side of the radiator are cold. I suspect an air lock, can anyone give me any advice how to overcome this problem please?

turn off all the other rads in the property and turn your heating on... the pump will push out the air lock in the pipe if thats doesn't work then do a thing called stealing... its where you having the heating on and let loads of water out of the bleed hole until warm water comes out... make sure u top up system with water to keep pressure.... have a bucket handy to!

hope i been some help
