MY TOMTOM SAT NAV IS FROZEN ON THE SECOND SCREEN WHERE IT IDETIFIES THE OWNER I ACNT GET IT TO MOVE ANY FURTHER THIS MODEL DOES NOT HAVE AN SD CARD AND I CANT FIND ANY RESET BUTTON
