Im unsure of what the correct temp should be for my freezer and for the fridge section i have had two power cuts in one week and cant find my manual.

I can't say positively for your particular model, but normally, you want the freezer to be set to 0 degrees Farenheit, or about -18 degrees centigrade.

The proper temperature for the fresh food section is +40 degrees Farenheit or about +5 degrees centigrade.
