sounds silly i know but you probably have a leaky windscreen at the right hand side of your car which in turn has got water into the fusebox this fusebox doubles up as the bsi unit and will need to be replaced and recoded by a citroen dealer check the fusebox for signs of water but dont remove the fuses if you inadvertantly pull the wrong fuse you will disable the car
