clio went through water now wont turn off??

a customer has come in with a clio 53 plate that will not turn off and has various electrical faults like washers wipers and lights playing up. she drove through loads of water/melting snow.
any ideas?

Hire a dehumidifier and put it in a closed room with the car - leave it for several days - empty the water pot regularly
Leave car's bonnet, boot, windows and doors open.

Just guessing but you're in the trade and you're not sure either...
