PP code on samsung er4940?

If all else fails to cure this code, it was mentioned that the motor or sensor might have failed, would this be were you replace the complete printer unit. (that is were the motor and/or sensor would be?) I have tried all suggested things and there is still no response. Any help would be appreciated.

Well the problem is that where I am located there are no dealers. We have taken it apart and have made sure the paper paths are clear and the ribbon is good.
So ordering a new printer head would most likley be our best option so do you feel it would most likley solve the problem as your best guess? Thanks so much for you quick response.

Hi.
All of these things are in the printer unit. It would be best to take it to a dealer if you can't see anything jammed in it. They may be able to fix it more cheaply than the cost of a replacement printer.
