MONO WASHBASON MIXER TAP?

SLIGHT BUT CONSTANT DRIPPING LEAK FROM THE TOP OF THE TAP.DO I TAKE THE SMALL BLUE/RED PLASTIC INDICATOR OFF TO LIFT THE HANDLE OFF AND INSERT AN APPROPRIATE NEW VALVE?

THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE.

Yeah take the cap off and there should be a little screw holding the head on so unscrew that, then it'll be a case of unscrewing the valve seat and either replacing the washer if that's perished or replace with a complete new valve. If it's the ceramic type buy a whole new ceramic cartridge, and obviously make sure your water to the tap is turned off first by the way.
