how can i fix the selector plate on 1.4 206?

i need to get firstly to the selector plate and then fix it so i can get all my gears bk or replace it with a new one? any help would be grateful.

you dont explain what is wrong with your gearbox but look at the back of the gearbox in the engine bay your gear linkage is connected to the gearbox by 3 link rods which regularily fail and drop off
