I have a maxicam 12 station gym. The 2 bearings that hold the leg extesion unit to the frame are worn.
The housing appears fine, but one of the bearings has popped out, sideways slightly revealing a cracked plactic washer of sorts which i think keeps it in.

I dont want to force it back and i'm stuck what to do.
