most problems occur when the filter in the oil tank gets blocked. use a piece of wire to fish for the end of the tube with the filter on the end. if the filter is clean the diaphram on the side of the saw which uses exhaust gas to pump the oil out to the bar maybe worn and not pumping correctly, this is a job for the shop.
