Blowing Cold?

I have a 1999 220 SDI , The heating is blowing cold most of the time with some warm spells, Engine temp fine and the old girl runs like a dream as she has a new head and turbo. some one plaese give us a clue. Cheers

You could possibly need a heater resistor which makes you blowers blow hot air. If not then I would look into a new thermostat
