a constantly blowing fuse indicates the circuit is pulling too much power, this might be down to something as simple as something on the circuit being a higher rating than an original component (have you replaced anything recently??)
It could also be the fact it has the wrong fuse in, are you simply replacing the fues with a like for like or does it actually indicate that the fuse should be a 7.5?..
also check to make sure no wires have chaffed through to the bodywork as a leak to earth would also cause a fuse to blow continually
