MEDION: Need advice on this problem PLEASE HELP..!!!?

hello i had a little accident and i was woundering if anyone could offer me advice on what could be wrong with my laptop please.

spilt water/orange on mine now the screen has no backlight and every so often it just stops working loses monitor signal and the wireless light comes on and just hangs i need to remove the power cable and turn the laptop back on to get it working again.

i let it dry for 3 days still broken. if i connact a monitor too it tho its fine other than it crashes after awhile.

if i put my eay to the key pad in the top left wer the heat is blown out the side i can hear a slight tick and scraching but its not quite a HISS, just tick sratch tick scratch its constant too..

please if you think you can help me or tell me whats wrong i would be most appriciative PLEASE HELP if you can

Draw an outline of your medion on a sheet of paper. Use a proper screwdriver. Press all the screws through the paper at the corresponding locations (in order to relocate them).
Open the machine and carefully remove the hard disk.
If your dvd-rom device is internal, try to remove that too.
You should in fact try to remove all devices that are plugged onto the mainboard (modem, ram, BATTERY of course,....)
Wash the mainboard with electric clean solution or a proper electric cleaning aerosol. You really have to wash it, like a shower. Don`t use cloth or brushes, just shower it and let it dry by itself. Do not expose the screen to to any liquids.
Give it like 12-24 hours at 20-30 degrees celsius to dry.
Reassemble and turn your computer on.
This works.
