I have been surplied an Element with no earth connection on the element is their an adaption kit to connect the earth, or is there a wiring diagram?

either fit a round terminal connector to the earth wire and then fit to one of the element securing screws/studs or bare a small length of earth wire and wrap around the element securing screws/studs. either way ensure any bare wires are kept to a minimum and insulated from all live parts.
