How can I replace battery on the control panel?

I wonder if any one can help I want to replace the back up battery on my intruder alarm scantronic 7800.
Can someone help? what cade I will need to open the control panel without setting the alarm.

it will take 12volt 2.8 amp or 7 amp, 2.8amp is plenty
