The machine draws in water and you can hear clicking from the front control panel but the drum fails to turn. If you turn the control to spin, it would drain the water but would not spin. The belt is OK.
Turned the machine its side. Removed block connector to motor in order to access brushes, found brushes worn. Removed motor, replaced brushes. £27.33 from local spare shop.
