How can I stop my shredder jamming?

I have a Ryman MS-500M cross cut shredder which keeps jamming after a few sheets, and even those can be temperamental! It seems to be sticky or perhaps has lost its sharpness. Does anyone have any experience of this, please?

No. Its actually a paper jam. I have the same model. It used to be fine. but now it just clogs up even after a few single sheets. It doesn't drop the paper in the basket any more. It just hangs of and chews at it. Maybe its blunt.

Time for a new one.

Having had the same problem, if you browse the web, you will find that apparently this shredder has a 2 minute run time then a 20 miute rest time.
there is a overheat failsafe that cuts it out.
I found this after many times thinking it was a paper jam!!!
