renault scenic dephaser pulley change?

how do i change the dephaser pulley for the vvt on my scenic II with an F4R engine to alleviate the knocking noise from the tappets.

that wont stop your tappets rattling. the camshaft dephaser is a valve bolted in the rocker cover at the pulleys end /quite simple to change and it does rely on oil pressure to correctly syncronise your vvti pulley
