zanussi fridge freezer flashing lights?

Please help my Zanussi stopped working 2 days ago.
Lower freezer still cold but fridge is not cooling .
All 3 green lights flashing . model no. is ZK87/34EF

could be a faulty auto defrost or a bad/ loose connection on wires at the back of the freezer compartment.not an easy diy diagnoses job to be honest and lots of repairer will come out and tell you its a system fault when its nothing more than a loose connection.BE WARNED!
