since the big freeze last week where my wipers stuck to screen they now dont work at all, there is a click when engaged but no other sound nor movement unlike once before i had a problem with them, having left them on intermittent when shutting off they stopped working but manually manipulating them got them going again, this time that doesnt work and even seem to be unmoveable manually. any adivce would be appreciated.tried the fuse thats ok.

More than likely it'll be the wiper motor itself that's probably burned out. Best bet is to take it to an Auto Electrician who'll check it out and trace where the problem is and whether it's a new wiper motor you need or not. I had same problem on my Mondeo last week and it cost me £170 in all to get it checked and replace the motor that was burnt out ;-(
