Hi,the bottom of the machine is full of water,so what you have to do is tip it back and let it drain out,best to put a towel underneath first, then hold the power button in and it will reset itself.Mine started doing the same thing about two weeks ago and it does it every 3 or 4 washes now.I have had the engineer out to see to it and it has not rectified the problem these dishwashers are rubbish. This is a common problem with these machines.
