chevy van 2500 series driven through water had plugs replaced, turned over oil changed, new starter it ran for about 2 miles after having this done it died changed fuel filter put gas in sounds like it wants to start but it wont chevy van 98 350 engine

Drop the fuel filter again check it again for water.next check for spark at the pllugs.
