I was told that the motor on my 96 mazda 323 sedan has seized. When guy tried to push start it, the wheels would lock when starting, apparently indicating that it had ceased. The lights come on but engine wont turn over.

Can anyone help me??? Any ideas on what to do before buying another engine?
