turn on the set top box press menu goto posistion 5 using arrows reboot the unit allowe 2 mins for reset and reboot again press menu posistion goto channel search do auto scan for channels exit system then goto menu again select system arrow to settings for your tv eg component and audio to suite your needs then simply press exit and thir you have it i suffered the same problem cheers from mr roger no one
