I had my NCT last week and failed due to the middle seatbelt in the back of my car not working, when you go to pull it, it is just jammed or locked. It operates differently to the other seat belts as the mechanism is in the actual seat, can anyone help me?

hi i had sim prob with astra rear belt .loosen bolt on floor mounting let belt move in a bit slowley then pull back out and refit bolt should help good luck.
