I sent my GHD straightners to Jemella on the 1st of December and as yet have heard nothing. does anybody know how long it usually takes for them to get in touch or if there is a number i can phone other than the automated message on 0906 550 0766. Thanks
I returned mine back as well and recieved nothing. Eventually i had to phone them myself and they then told me I had to send a payment for repair even though they were still under guaruntee
