are there any repaires for tefal pro 2500 steam irons in se essex?

the cord and flex from the generator to the iron need replacing i can not find a repairers prepared to do this on a Tefal product

the valve on our tefal steam iron doesnt seem to be working anymore as steam is pouring out whenever it is turn on. Is there any place I could get a replacement? 2810 series
