I have a Hobby caravan with a Thetford bench type porta potti fitted but it will not flush I know I have power and the pump works because last year I left my toilet bag on top of the flush switch and after a while it started to flush. I removed the bag and it stopped.
But it would not start again any idea whats wrong

If the toilet has been stood over the winter, the pump may just be stuck. If it's a C2, then it's under the toilet roll holder, turn it upside down and try spinning the impellor. If it's a C402 then it is under the control panel. If this is OK then the 402 control panel will probably need replacing. On the C2 it could be a micro switch. Don't forget there is a 3 year warranty on the toilets.

I have set up a file for past capers with problems with pump on these toilets hopefully the same type but the C3 doesn't have a pump it has an electric valve, mostly used in motorhomes with built in water tank for all systems.
