Pressure foot won't drop?

The foot on my Delta OL-1000 Overlocker is stuck in the up position, how can I releas this

Hello Jean,
All it needs is a drop of WD40 on the top of the presser bar and let it run down but not too much oil, when you put the presser foot lever down and the bar stays where it is just push it down by the presser foot screw, move it up and down a few times and it will free off.
