My treadmill is stuck on an incline!?

I have a ProForm XP 542 treadmill. On the display, it says the incline is at 0% but it is obviously stuck on an incline. (We can visually see it as well as feel it when we run.) How can we fix this problem?

I just distconnected the incline motor and still working.
No incline but it works
