can i replace the front springs on my 2002 laguna?

one of the springs on my struts has snapped, is it possible to rebuild the struts or will i have to buy new struts.

it is possible to change the coil springs but if you have to ask how to do this job please dont attempt it this can be a very dangerous procedure and potentially fatal if you get it wrong
