Derek,

Very simple. All you need to do is, put the key in the barrel. Turn the key so the dash light/ignition turns on. Press the button on the fob. The car doors will lock.

Derek, you have to take your car back to vauxhall and they will re-programme the key for you, at a cost,!!!! you might find it cheaper to change the locks all together,!!
