I agree that the fan has started to free wheel on motor shaft

I am having the exact same problem with my DE303. Follow the directions at http://www.applianceaid.com/may-apart.html#common to disassemble your dryer. Make sure you unplug it first. Use a vacuum cleaner to get as much lint and crap as you can out of it. Reassemble it, disconnect the exhaust hose from the back, plug it in and try turning it on. If no air comes out of the exhaust then you probably need to replace your blower wheel with this one. http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/cgi-bin/detail.cgi?item=Y303836&brand=WPL

If air does come out reconnect your hose and check where it comes out of the house. If no air comes out of there, it needs cleaned.

take front panel off, remove 4 mounting bolts, 2 0n eah side holding drum support & filter, check to see if chamber or fan is clogged with lint. make sure air is blowing through your vent
