Lace carriage?

The memory drum on my lace carriage is stuck. I bought it on ebay and it looks like it hasn't been used much. How do I remove the drum and lubricate it? I sprayed Machine Lube on it, but it still sticks.

Try cleaning all the old oil off with some surgical spirit then oil it again.
