I have taken the srews out of the back, but the front is stuck and i can't see how to take it off. The squeeking is coming from the front of the machine so i need to take off the lid to see what is rubbing. Also everytime i use the dryer clothes get trapped at the front and then leave black marks on them - is this related? Thanks
