Last night the alarm went off, even though it wasn't set. The alarm would not deactivate from either key pads. The only way to stop the alarm was to switch off the power and open the case to remove the back up battery. Any suggests on how to fix problem. I have been in the house over 4 years and never replaced the battery.

sounds like you need a new battery and the alarm has gone in to factory settings try 4321
