when I change from window to floor or circulate, I hear there is something changing. Just the fan blower doesn't work.
I had a case where the fan blower didn't stop, and the garage pressed a combination of buttons on the controller to reset the system, not sure if this is the same issue ?

it,s your heater blower motor under the sowndproof panel .big job but doabel take the moter owt ,clean the bushes and refit
